Getting there

When should I arrive?

The doors will open at 16:00. Note that the ceremony takes place later in the evening, after dinner. The full running order is on the Schedule page.

Where exactly do I need to go?

All events will take place at Delbrock, Meerssenerweg 1a, 6222 AE Maastricht. A map and directions are available on the Venue page.

Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is available nearby at P&R Maastricht Noord, which is within easy walking distance of the venue and has EV charging points.

Where should I stay?

There are two nearby hotels: Garner Hotel Maastricht and Vaeshartelt Maastricht.

Your invitation

Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are included where they are named on the invitation. If you’re unsure or have special circumstances, feel free to contact us.

Are children welcome?

This will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone, parents included, to relax and enjoy the day fully.

Can I update my RSVP later?

If you can no longer attend the wedding, please let Mandy, our master of ceremonies, know as soon as possible. You can contact her at hello@fblsweddings.com.

On the day

What is the dress code?

Suits and ties required for men. Women are invited to wear midi or ankle-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or formal skirt/pant ensembles. Please no jeans, sneakers, or overly casual wear. See the What to expect page for more information.

Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes. Food and drinks will be provided throughout the celebration. We received your dietary requirements and will take them into account. More details about the menu will be available closer to the wedding date.

Can I take photos?

We’ll have disposable cameras out on the day, and we’d love for you to use them. We’d prefer that phones stay away during the celebration. We’d much rather have you with us than behind a screen.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has accessible restroom facilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

What if the weather is bad?

We’re planning for the ceremony to take place mostly indoors, so weather shouldn’t be an obstacle.

How late will the celebration go?

We plan to celebrate until about 01:00. A shuttle will be provided for those staying at Vaeshartelt.

Gifts

Your presence really is the most important gift to us.

If you would like to mark the occasion with something extra, we’re planning a honeymoon and have set up a honeymoon fund. Contributions of any size are deeply appreciated. More details will be shared soon.

If you do wish to present us with a physical gift, we will gladly accept a Christmas ornament. Last year, our feline criminal destroyed the collection we had built. As this had a lot of sentimental value, we like the idea of restarting that collection with you.
