When should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the ceremony start time. Exact timing will be shared on the Schedule page closer to the day.


Where exactly do I need to go?

All events will take place at Delbrock, Meerssenerweg 1a, 6222 AE Maastricht. A map and directions are available on the Venue page.


Is there parking?

Yes. Parking is available nearby at P&R Maastricht Noord, which is within easy walking distance of the venue and has EV charging points.


What is the dress code?

Suits and ties required for men. Women are invited to wear midi or ankle-length dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or formal skirt/pant ensembles. Please no jeans, sneakers, or overly casual wear. See the What to expect page for more information.


Can I bring a plus-one?

Plus-ones are included where they are named on the invitation. If you’re unsure or have special circumstances, feel free to contact us.


Are children welcome?

We love your children, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this allows everyone — parents included — to relax and enjoy the day fully.


Will food and drinks be provided?

Yes. Food and drinks will be provided throughout the celebration. If you have dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know when you RSVP.


Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has accessible restroom facilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.


Where should I stay?

If you’re travelling in for the wedding, please let us know in the RSVP form.

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at a nearby hotel. Details on availability and booking will be shared with guests who indicate they need accommodation.


What if the weather is bad?

We’re planning for the ceremony to take place mostly indoors, so the weather shouldn’t be an obstacle. If anything changes, we’ll make sure everyone is informed in good time.


How late will the celebration go?

We plan to celebrate into the evening. End times and any transport information will be shared closer to the day.


Can I take photos?

We’d love for you to take photos and capture memories. We’ll let you know if there are any moments where we’d prefer phones away.


Can I update my RSVP later?

Yes. If you need to change your response after submitting the form, please contact us directly, and we’ll take care of it.


Gifts

Your presence really is the most important gift to us.

If you would like to mark the occasion with something extra, we’re planning a honeymoon and have set up a honeymoon fund. Contributions of any size are deeply appreciated. More details will be shared soon.
